Step one: Log in using your existing account, containing your certification history.
Step two: To purchase the CBIS-AP Renewal, click on Catalog, Professional Certification and Certificate Courses, then the Professional Certification Renewals.
Step 3: After purchasing, proceed to the CBIS-AP Renewal page, or open the CBIS-AP Renewal through My Courses. Complete and submit the following:
- CBIS-AP Renewal Application
- CBIS-AP Renewal Submission Confirmation
Application Instructions: Enter the number of contact hours earned in each activity category during your one-year renewal period. If a category doesn’t apply, enter N/A. All fields require a response. Submit each answer, then submit the full renewal application at the end.
*The grace period ONLY applies to the submission of the renewal application and payment. It does not apply to the continuing education events.
Step four: Once both the renewal submission confirmation and payment are received, the re-certification submission will be reviewed. Processing may take 3-5 business days. If approved, an updated CBIS-AP certificate will be issued and available in your account’s transcripts.
