Each certificate has a Unique Certificate ID Number earned (as well as per certification). The Certificate ID is unique to each individual and unique to each certification period. The Certificate ID changes every year when the renewal process is completed and a new certificate is issued. The Certificate ID is used to identify active/current certification statuses.
