The Brain Injury Association of America's Preferred Attorneys understand the physical, cognitive, emotional, and financial tolls a brain injury can inflict on individuals and their families. Firms enrolled in BIAA's Preferred Attorneys Program know the stakes are high and that settling for less has lifelong consequences.

Please fill out the form below in its entirety to become one of the Brain Injury Association of America’s Preferred Attorneys. Once the form is submitted, members of the BIAA staff will review the information and will reach out to you to confirm you have been accepted. You will then be invoiced for a nominal fee, which helps cover the cost of the program.
