See our latest volunteer and involvement opportunities in Texas
Dear Friends,
The Brain Injury Association of America – Texas Chapter (BIAA-TX) is back and stronger than ever. Over the past year, we’ve reignited our mission across Texas, building new connections and bringing renewed energy to the brain injury community.
Now, we’re seeking passionate volunteers to join our Statewide Community Council and serve on one of four dynamic committees: Policy & Advocacy, Provider Education, Community Development, or Luminary of the Year.
Because of dedicated volunteers like you, we can reach survivors and their families sooner after diagnosis with vital resources and connect healthcare providers with continuing education through the Academy of Brain Injury Specialists. Your time and commitment make it possible for survivors and their loved ones to access the care and support they deserve.
We welcome survivors, caregivers, providers, and advocates to help us stand up for cognitive rehabilitation, expand access to healthcare, and build a community where every survivor has the opportunity to recreate a meaningful life after injury.
Together, we are the voice of brain injury, illuminating a path forward for every Texan affected.
