See our latest volunteer and involvement opportunities in Delaware
Dear Volunteers,
The Brain Injury Association of America, Delaware Chapter (BIAA-DE), is on the move! I’m so grateful for everyone in Delaware’s brain injury community- survivors, caregivers, medical providers, and community partners- who have stepped up to help and shared your priorities, stories, and values as BIAA-DE grows to support Delawareans with brain injuries.
This year, we’ve welcomed volunteers into community councils focused on community development (outreach), provider education, advocacy, and fundraising, and learned more about the brain injury ecosystem here in Delaware and how BIAA-DE fits in. We’ve even begun to identify some legislative priorities and secured funding to support our mission.
Although our volunteer community councils are growing, we still need you, and there are ample opportunities to get involved. The short video below highlights some of those opportunities.
