Instructor-Led Course (In-Person)
A Training & Certificate Program from ACBIS
The all-new training and certificate program for non-licensed direct care staff and individual caregivers.
For course registration, you will need:
- Instructor’s name and contact information
- Primary and purchaser account usernames
- Course dates
- Location and format
Step 1: The Instructor logs into the BIAA Learning Platform and completes “Brain Injury Fundamentals Course Planning Request.” Allow 5 business days for processing.
Step 2: ACBIS will set up the course page and enroll the instructor and purchaser. Once live, course materials can be purchased in the catalogue.
- Complete the purchase using the secondary purchaser account.
- Purchases generate enrollment keys (included on the receipt and in the Profile’s Purchase History). Instructors are responsible for managing and distributing keys.
Fees are non-refundable. Please purchase two weeks prior to the course to allow time for shipping.
Step 3: Instructors send enrollment keys to participants prior to the course. Participants must enroll using the key by the course start time.
Step 4: After the course,participants complete the post-training quiz to receive the training certificate.
