2024 Legislative Issue Briefs
Advocacy is central to BIAA’s mission. The brain injury community has so much power when it comes to advocating for the causes that affect them. BIAA’s Legislative Issue Briefs provide insight into what our advocacy priorities are and why they are important.
Our 2024 legislative priorities include:
- Reauthorizing and expanding the TBI Act
- Fully fund the CDC TBI program
- Fully fund TBI model systems of care
- Encourage members of Congress to join the congressional brain injury taskforce
