Legal and future planning for our fellow Illinois families of individuals with special needs, including intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities, physical disabilities, and/or mental illness, is not one thing we do, it’s the only thing we do; it’s not one area of our practice, it’s our only area of practice.

We consult regularly with personal injury attorneys on brain injury related cases. Our law practice is exclusively limited to future planning for individuals with disabilities and their families. We have helped many families of individuals with brain injuries plan for their future to ensure they can live a full life in their community with the supports they need from a combination of private and government sources. This is done through the use of Special Needs Trusts and other planning.
