Steven Benvenisti, Esq. is a Partner at the New Jersey and New York personal injury law firm of Davis, Saperstein & Salomon. He is of the less than 3% of attorneys Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney. He is also included on the list of “Super Lawyers” and is on the list of the National Trial Lawyers “Top 100.”

In his volunteer capacity, he serves as the President of the Board of Trustees of the Brain Injury Alliance of New Jersey and is on the Board of Directors of the Helen Hayes Hospital Foundation. He is the Chair of the Board of Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) NY-NJ-PA, and formerly served as the Vice-Chair of the National Board of Directors of MADD. In 2024, he was named as 1 of 12 Mothers Against Drunk Driving’s National Ambassadors.

He will present the story of a catastrophic brain injury case involving a college student that he has shared with hundreds of audiences internationally — this case being the most significant case of his entire legal career. Steven has been married 26 years, with his son and daughter attending the University of Maryland and the University of Connecticut.
