Peter Wright, MBA CBIST is the Director of Learning & Development for Collage Rehabilitation Partners. He has 30 years experience in the field of brain injury rehabilitation, and currently oversees training and development for more than 1000 direct care, management and therapy staff. He enjoys working with brain injury professionals to create dynamic educational content that meets the needs of a diverse group of learners.

Mr. Wright is a Certified Brain Injury Specialist Trainer, Certified Medication Administration Trainer and Red Cross Instructor. He has served multiple terms on the Board of Governors of the Academy for the Certification of Brain Injury Specialists, chairing and serving on content development committees for brain injury education. He has spoken nationally in a variety of venues on topics related to brain injury, including veterans and TBI, vocational rehabilitation, therapeutic relationships, learning design, inclusive leadership, and careers in the brain injury field.

Mr. Wright has a BA in Psychology and an MBA in Biotech & Health Industry Management from The Pennsylvania State University. In his free time, he enjoys keeping life simple with family time, movies, music, books, and playing with the dogs.
