I had my injury almost 11 years ago and I have a couple strategies that I have adapted to help me along the way. 1) I put everything on my calendar on my phone. The reason I don’t use a desktop calendar is because it won’t send alerts or notifications like a phone calendar. It helps with times to take meds, appt times, birthdays, etc. 2) I have the same morning routine every single day. Our routines will be different but stick to what works best for you and you will see how much easier mornings can be. 3) I have an Apple Watch and I have a personal rule that one ring must be closed every day. 4) Patience is your new word to remember EVERY SINGLE DAY. Be patient with yourself.
