From the other Side of the Fence

February 12, 2018

I am a brain injury survivor who was an Intervention Specialist who worked with TBI students. I used to think I understood them but have found that now I am on the same side of the fence as they are there are many things I did not know. The old me is gone and I can no longer teach s my vision issues do not allow me to do so. The neuro fatigue is daunting and thus my life is quite different than before. I hope to help those with questions and talk to those who want to know what it is like to have a TBI.
