November 30, 2018
Defective Seat Belt

Guy ran a red light hit us head on March 2017. Seat belt in Ford f150 was defective with history of failure but no recalls or warnings. Seat belt disengaged on impact. Missed airbag and launched into windshield and hood of truck. Passenger is ok, seatbelt work for him. After recovery experienced loss of short term memory, motor functions, multiple types of seizures, damaged to optic nerve causing vision loss, lost ability to communicate properly. With tbi I lost my businesses, my retirement, my savings, all my activities, my marriage, my future, my plans, can’t drive my hot rods or motorcycles. I raced semi pro. Traveled around the world is over. Boating and music abilities are gone. My recreational activities like running, body building, biking, swimming. Everything I loved, took for granted is gone. My education, gone. My life is a waisted meat sack, useless, worthless, lonely. Every Investigator, Doctor, Scientists, professionals say I should be dead and to that I say, I wish. Before the orchestra starts to play everyone it tuning their instruments, this is were I live, It’s chaos. This is a prison, trapped inside. It took me 2 hrs to write this little paragraph with the help of Google voice to text. Yes it really sucks.
