Page Melton Ivie is owner and manager of The Source Group LLC, a firm specializing in government affairs and corporate intelligence. A former director of public affairs for the National Governors Association and press secretary to Maryland Gov. William Donald Schaefer and Virginia Lt. Gov. Donald S. Beyer Jr., Melton Ivie started her career as a reporter and editor for United Press International in Virginia and Maryland. Melton Ivie has been a caregiver for 20 years for a brain injury survivor and joined the BIAA board in January 2020 to advocate for families and survivors. A former gubernatorial appointee to the Commonwealth Neurotrauma Initiative Advisory Board in Virginia, she is a graduate of the University of Virginia. She is secretary of the board of Missouri Veterans Endeavor, which provides housing for homeless veterans.
