James Bendell of Post Falls Law has 35 years of trial experience. For 16 years he tried cases exclusively for insurance companies. He now represents injured persons in claims against negligent persons and corporations. He has taken somewhere between 100 to 200 cases to trial. He has handled many brain injury cases, both as an insurance defense lawyer and now as a plaintiff’s lawyer. While practicing in Western Washington he also served as a Superior Court Commissioner and Judge Pro Tem in Superior Court and District Court.
