Shana De Caro, J.D., is a partner in the New York personal injury law firm of De Caro and Kaplen, LLP. She is a graduate of The George Washington University and Benjamin Cardozo School of Law. Shana is past Chair of the Traumatic Brain Litigation Group of the American Association for Justice and is the Secretary and a Trustee of the Civil Justice Foundation board of trustees.
