Co-Opetition: From Concept to Practice through Interactive Workshops
Last year's Business College attendees mastered the theory behind Co-opetition; namely, that collaboration among competitors stabilizes and expands the marketplace. This year's Business College registrants will apply co-opetition principles in highly interactive workshops that examine the core business challenges encountered in operating a brain injury rehabilitation program.
The goal of each workshop is to gather as many suggestions or approaches as possible on a given topic and under strict Standards for Confidentiality and Anti-trust Compliance.
