Conference hotel rates are $169.00 per night plus tax, single or double occupancy. These rates are available until October 17, 2008 or until the block is full, whichever occurs first. Conference rates are valid three days before and after the conference.

Hotel Reservation Cancellation and Early Departure Policy: Westin Casuarina reservations are subject to a 48 hours cancellation policy. Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of arrival will be charged a no show fee of one night’s room and tax. The Westin Casuarina has an early departure fee of $50.00. Guests wishing to avoid this fee must advise the hotel at or before check-in of any change in the scheduled length of stay.
